The Emerging Nurse Leader Institute (ENLI) prepares staff nurses with leadership responsibilities, assistant managers, or nurses who aspire to leadership roles to be leaders of tomorrow.
What to expect
The Emerging Nurse Leader Institute is a two-day interactive program that combines lecture, discussion, reflective practice, experiential learning, and self-assessment. Taught by expert faculty, participants will develop leadership competencies to improve their effectiveness as a leader. Program participants will learn from peers across the nation facing similar challenges.
Leadership skills are required for nurses in any role. This course is designed for nurses not in a manager role including: assistant nurse managers, coordinators, supervisors, specialists, charge nurses and nurses who aspire to leadership roles.
Nonmember of AONL
The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 17.5 continuing education credits.
The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
AONL is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 15740.
